Suicide attack in Charikar spreads fear among Parwan residents 

A suicide bomber of Hezbe Islami blew himself up in front of Parwan governor's office building earlier this morning.

Spokesperson of Hezbe Islami took the responsibility of this attack.

According to sources, the suicide attack targeted convoy of international troops.

Parwan hospital officials say, two civilians were killed and 17 more got injured in the attack.
